ON BOTH A FINANCIAL AND QUALITATIVE BASIS; 3. NEGOTIATING RENEWAL LEASE AGREEMENT
OR NEW LEASE/SALES AGREEMENT; 4. REVIEW OF LEASE AND SALES CONTRACT; AND 5. MONITORING BUILD-OUT
PROCESS INCLUDING VALUE ENGINEERING, IF NECESSARY, TO REDUCE BUILD-OUT COST.
